03/6 - Bass Cat Boats Awarded Best Bass Boat Award From J.D. Power and Associates

Bass Cat Boats, today in Miami, was awarded:
"Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Fiberglass Bass Boats"   from J.D. Power and Associates.

We are proud to announce Bass Cat Boats was awarded …

"Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Fiberglass Bass Boats" from J.D. Power and Associates in the J.D. Power and Associates 2005 Boat Competitive Information StudySM.
The claim was awarded to Bass Cat in Miami at the NMMA Miami Boat show at 2:00PM. The previous awardee had held the award for the past consecutive three study periods.

Attending on behalf of Bass Cat Boats were Founders, Ron and Jan Pierce and Rick Pierce. The Pierce family has owned and managed Bass Cat Boats since it's inception in 1971.

In his statement Ron Pierce mentioned that this "is a tribute to our loyal customer and employees at Bass Cat".  He went on to recognize that quality "dedicated employees" were "responsible for this award".

Rick Pierce States that "Never in our history has our product been awarded such a high honor and humbly we appreciate the recognition at a national level".

They went on to say, this award is also a huge accomplishment by the many strong Bass Cat service technicians and dealerships across the USA. Without their tremendous support and customer service, we would only be half as good. They also went on to acknowledge that this only begins to raise the bar on customer service and vowed to continue working harder to improve those dealership service crews, and the quality of those products.
